But because he embarrassed her in front of everyone saying I know it was you because I wrote old lady on the receipt. Discusting customer service she was embarrassed and paid I’ve contacted there customer service at Caltex to be given the runaround since before New Year’s Day. All I get is the business manager is looking into it so even there customer service complaints people can’t do there job. None of my family or friends will ever go to this service station again and if I have to I will take mums matter to vcat. I contacted consumer affairs this afternoon
